*For any combination involving piano or harp, please contact us for a quote. On reviewing the venue, the potential need for instrument hire, and confirming the availability of the artist, we'll then be able to offer a more accurate quote.
Important information:

Travel fees apply when venue is located 45min or more from Australian capital cities (see Extras).

Performing in direct sunlight may damage instruments (which are valuable and often very old). Please ensure shade is available, and a wet-weather plan in the event of rain.

Armless chairs are required for each musician

Special song requests that are not already listed in our song library are welcome. If difficult to source, we can arrange the song in-house for a fee (see Extras).

Meals / refreshments are appreciated for wedding receptions or corporate bookings 3 hours or longer.

Musicians have the right to leave when the scheduled booking expires. If there is a need for them to stay, and they are able to accomodate the overtime, we will invoice for this after the event (see Extras)
